How soon will I get my order?

New Zealand: 1-3 business days
Australia: 3-10 business days
USA/UK: 5-15 business days
Other countries: 5-20 business days

Shipping times may vary due to international customs processing or holidays which may cause delays.

What are the shipping rates for my order?

New Zealand: $12.00 shipping to the North Island, $9.00 shipping to the South Island via NZPost on orders under $120NZD. FREE express shipping on orders over $120NZD.
Australia: $15.00 flat rate for orders under $120AUD. FREE standard shipping on orders over $120AUD.
USA/UK: $25.00 flat rate for orders under $120USD. FREE express shipping on orders over $120USD.
Other countries: $25.00 flat rate for orders under $120USD. FREE express shipping on orders over $120USD.

International shipping charges do not include customs and taxes which may apply in your country.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to most countries worldwide with limited exceptions. Please email us at support@blankstandardtees.com if you are unsure to check your shipping eligibility, otherwise additional charges may be in place for areas of increased shipping cost.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You may change the contents or cancel your order prior to the shipment of the package. Please reach out to us at support@blankstandardtees.com at your earliest convenience before your order ships out. We kindly ask that you have your order number and any other relevant information included in your outreach. If your order has shipped we are unable to modify or cancel it and will need to follow the standard returns process.

How can I track my package?

After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Once a tracking number is assigned at our warehouse, a shipment notification email will be sent to you. Please note, tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to become active after the shipment notification email is sent.

Will you guarantee that my fit will be perfect if I use the fit finder?

While we strive to provide the best possible fit by leveraging insights from hundreds of user data points, individual sizing preferences and body shapes may affect the final fit. We recommend reviewing the detailed sizing chart and performing a measure up for additional guidance and confirmation.

How do I care for my Blank Standard tee?

Proper care of your Blank Standard Tee is essential to maintain their quality, appearance, and longevity. Following these care instructions will help ensure that your garments remain in excellent condition after many washes.

Washing

  • Machine wash on cold setting
  • Wash with similar items & colors
  • Use mild detergent
  • Turn inside out to preserve color
  • Avoid bleach, fabric softener or any other harsh chemicals

Drying

  • Air-dry flat in the shade for best results
  • Avoid high heat to prevent shrinkage
  • Hang drying is plausible but may lead to garment stretching
  • Please note that shrinking may occur if a dryer is used

Ironing & Steaming

  • Use a low heat setting
  • Turn inside out before ironing

Additional Tips

  • Store in a cool, dry place
  • To avoid stretching: machine wash on cold setting and avoid hanging for extended periods; air-dry flat in the shade. Fold neatly after drying to preserve their shape and prevent creasing.
  • To avoid fading: machine wash on cold setting and inside out. Wash with like colors.
  • To avoid shrinkage: air-dry flat in the shade and avoid excessive heat. 

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We highly value our customers and strive to provide a straightforward return process, while also relying on mutual cooperation to ensure a smooth experience. To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when received.
  • The item should be returned in its original packaging.

The item must be returned within 60 days of the date of purchase for a full refund to the original form of payment. Refer to the below for more information regarding returns or visit our Returns & Refunds Policy here.

Who pays for the shipping back of items in a return or exchange?

The buyer is accountable for returns and exchanges under the following circumstances:

• The product does not align with the customer's expectations.
• The chosen size does not match the customer's measurements.
• The customer wishes to exchange the product for another item or return it altogether.

We recommend carefully reviewing the detailed sizing chart prior to purchase to minimize the need for returns or exchanges. Please reach out to our support team if you require further guidance.

How do I return items?

You may return unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items purchased from us for a full refund within 60 days of the purchase date. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping from any location outside New Zealand.

To return an international order, follow these steps:

  • Email us to initiate the returns process.
  • Place the items and your order form in a box.
  • Include the HS code 610910 (for 100% cotton T-shirts) and, in the comments section of the commercial invoice, write "articles being returned." Be sure to include the tracking number for the original shipment to ensure accurate and timely return shipping and processing.
  • Ship the package to the return address provided.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide prepaid return shipping labels for international packages. Please use your own trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds or adjustments will not be made for any international surcharges, shipping, or handling fees.

When would Blank Standard cover the shipping costs for the return or exchange?

We take full responsibility for shipping costs and product refunds for items that meet the following conditions:

  • Items with manufacturing defects that render them unusable.
  • Products or items received that are completely different from what was originally ordered.
  • The size shipped does not match the size selected in your order.
  • Items that arrive damaged during transit or upon delivery.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused if your product falls under one of these categories. We take pride in delivering high-quality products and customer service, though occasional errors can happen.

To make things right, we’re offering you a choice between a replacement or a full refund. Please email our support team at support@blankstandardtees.com to initiate the processing of your return

How long does a refund take to process?

Refunds are processed within 3-10 working days of receiving your return, including the time needed for processing and for your bank to post the refund.

Will I be charged duties or taxes?

Import taxes, duties, and customs-related fees may be applied when the parcel arrives in the destination country. These charges are determined by the destination's customs authorities and are outside our control. The recipient is solely responsible for covering these fees and taxes.

Please note that declining to accept an order due to customs fees, taxes, or handling charges will not qualify for a refund or replacement.
