The team at Blank Standard is dedicated to ensuring orders are delivered within the outlined guidelines and timeframes. However, peak trading times, holidays, and sale periods may affect these timeframes. We kindly ask for and appreciate your patience during these periods.

Our orders typically ship within 72 hours. 

Additional shipping costs may apply to specific areas or countries; we will advise you if you fall into this category.

Tracking Your Order

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification via email with a tracking number. If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries! Contact us at support@blankstandardtees.com and we'll resolve it for you.

Unexpected Delays

In some instances, delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors such as international customs processing or holidays may cause shipping delays, which we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking longer than expected to arrive, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Import taxes & Duties

Import taxes, duties, and customs-related fees may be applied once your parcel reaches the destination country. These charges are set by the customs office of the destination and are beyond our control. As such, payment of these fees, including any associated taxes, is the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Please note that refusing to accept delivery due to customs duties, taxes, or handling fees does not qualify for a refund or replacement. We strongly recommend familiarizing yourself with your country's import policies before placing an order to avoid unexpected charges.

Covered Shipping

Covered shipping guarantees replacement if your order is confirmed lost or stolen by the courier. If you decline covered shipping, we cannot guarantee replacements for lost or stolen orders. You can upgrade to covered shipping at checkout.
