Order Cancellation Policy

We process orders quickly, with most being processed within 24 hours. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at support@blankstandardtees.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, cancellations will no longer be possible as the order will be in the fulfillment process.

Since many of our items are processed and shipped within 24 hours, it is crucial to contact us as soon as possible to attempt a cancellation before the order is fulfilled.

Return Policy

We value our customers and want to make the return process as simple as possible. However, to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

We cover shipping costs and issue refunds for returns that meet the following conditions:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect that makes it unusable.
  • The item received is completely different from what was ordered.
  • The size received is not the same as the size ordered.
  • The item arrives damaged.

If your item is damaged upon arrival, you do not need to return it. Simply take a clear photograph or video and send it to support@blankstandardtees.com. Once received, we will issue a replacement or refund—quick and easy.

Please note: Damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs in cases where:

  • The product does not meet personal expectations.
  • The selected size does not fit the customer's body measurements.
  • The customer wishes to exchange the item for another product or return it for other reasons.

Size Disclaimer
We understand that everyone has different body shapes and sizes, which is why we provide a detailed sizing guide for each product. Please carefully review our measurement guides before placing an order. Due to the clearly stated sizing information on our product pages, we cannot accept returns for incorrect size selection. We recommend measuring yourself and referring to the sizing chart to ensure the best fit.

You may return eligible items within 60 days of receiving your order, but we’re confident you’ll love what you get!

At Blank Standard, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We process refunds only for valid claims, so please report any missing, damaged, or "not as described" items in a timely manner. If eligible, we can issue a refund or send a replacement item of the same value.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 1 to 5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be processed.
